Manic Movers: Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Manic Movers is a puzzle game made by Whitepaw Studios LLC ("we"). This page explains what information the game and the services it uses handle, and the choices you have. In short: your progress stays on your device, the game shows ads from Google, and ads are only personalized for players 13 and older who agree to it.

Your age

The first time you open the game, it asks what year you were born. The answer stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. The game uses it only to decide which ads and privacy settings apply to you, as described below.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress (levels completed, stars, coins, trucks owned), your settings (music, sound effects, vibration, privacy choices), your birth year and the items you have bought on your device. This data is deleted when you uninstall the game. Using Settings → Reset progress clears your progress and coins.

Advertising

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (which gives an approximate location), basic device information and how you interact with ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

In-app purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details. The store tells the game what you bought so it can unlock the item, and a record of your purchases is kept on your device and by the store. On a child's account, Google Family Link or Apple's Ask to Buy can require a parent's approval for purchases.

Crash and error reports

When something goes wrong, the game sends a report to Sentry: the error message, where in the code it happened, the app version, your device's operating system, and which level you were on. It doesn't include your name, email or advertising ID. We use these reports only to fix bugs.

Usage statistics

The game sends usage statistics to Google's Firebase Analytics: when a level is started, finished or quit, the stars and time for that level, and when a truck is bought or a neighborhood opens, plus the app version, device model, operating system and approximate location. Firebase counts installs with a random ID created by the app. We use these statistics to balance the game and improve it. For players 13 and older who agreed to personalized ads, Google may also use them to measure and personalize ads. For players under 13, and anyone who didn't agree, they're not used for advertising. You can turn usage statistics off at any time in Settings → Share usage stats.

Who we share information with

Only the services named on this page (Google and Sentry), for the purposes described. We don't sell your information for money, and we don't have accounts, so we never have your name, email address or contact details unless you email us.

Children

Manic Movers is made for players of all ages. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13: the age question makes sure their ads aren't personalized, no advertising ID is used for their ads, and their usage statistics aren't used for advertising. If you're a parent and have questions, or want information about your child deleted, contact us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information about you, or to object to how it's used. Most information stays on your device, where uninstalling the game removes it. For anything held by us or the services above, email us and we'll help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
